Douglas Gray is Head of Product at Human Risks. He spent a decade working in enterprise risk and resilience and now builds the platform that supports it. He built his career embedding resilience programmes at a global scale. At Fonterra, the world's largest dairy exporter, he led group resilience integration and governance, ran group crisis response operations, and managed regulatory risk profiles across a globally interconnected supply chain spanning more than 100 markets. As a consultant in both London and Paris, he has also worked with some of Europe’s largest firms to design business continuity and crisis frameworks for complex multi-site profiles. Douglas holds a Master's in Intelligence and International Security from King's College London, has been highly commended as Emerging Risk Professional of the Year in New Zealand, and sits on the Global ASIS Steering Committee for Crisis & Business Continuity Management. That background now shapes the platform he designs and implements with partners at Human Risks.
